DESCRIPTION

This weighty personalised pendant is inspired by the antique rupee that was blessed to protect Edith's newborn baby. Born unusually plump and fair, it was believed that she needed to be protected from supernatural forces that could be attracted to her. Although we don't suggest that this pendant has magical powers, it is a simple reminder that with a little bit of belief, the simplest things can be transformed into comforting, precious treasures.

Available in sterling silver with your choice of one to two initials hand engraved in monogram style onto the centre-piece. Please include initials required in order notes at checkout.

Total chain and clasp length 570mm with large chain links so it can be adjusted to your preferred length; Pendant diameter 34mm.
